Hardik Pandya is dissatisfied with the West Indies' accommodations for India against. West Indies in 2023.

The Indian cricket team complained about the West Indies board’s facilities while they were on their current Caribbean trip. India won the series 2-1 after winning the third ODI, however in the presentation ceremony, stand-in skipper Hardik Pandya expressed his concerns. While not requiring luxury, he emphasized the importance of providing for basic needs and said that stronger preparations should be made for upcoming tours even though they don’t require them now. According to Pandya, their trip was also hindered by some problems the year before.

The issue of facilities had gained attention before the ODI series began when Indian cricketers complained to the BCCI about a delayed late-night travel from Trinidad to Barbados that left them sleep-deprived before the ODI series opening.

Pandya encouraged West Indies Cricket to pay attention to the circumstance and make better provisions for touring teams going forward. Pandya admitted that he was still enjoying playing cricket in the West Indies despite the worries.
